Begin by melting the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and place it in the bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the chocolate is completely melted.
Once the chocolate is melted, set it aside to cool slightly.
Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks. This should take about 3-4 minutes.
Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until it is well combined.
Spoon the white chocolate mousse into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
