Ingredients

Bacon Jam

  • 18 Slices Bacon cooked and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup White onion Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Jim Bean Bourbon Whiskey

Cheeseburger Mix

  • 1 Lb 1Lb ground beef
  • 1 Packet Lipton Onion Mix
  • 2/3 cup Lemon juice diluted with 5 tbsp of water

Instructions

Bacon Jam

  • Saute pieces of bacon in medium heated skillet.
  • Cook the pieces of bacon until brown.
  • Add water, lemon juice, light brown sugar, and bourbon whiskey.
  • Stir and bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer until the mixture becomes thick.

Cheeseburger Mix

  • In a bowl, add the Ground beef and pour the Lipton onion mix with the ground beef. Make sure to mix well.
  • Add the burger mix into a burger press and that will make a perfect patty.
