Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up for a few seconds. Sauté onions. Set aside in small bowl.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Use a wooden spoon or meat chopper to break up the meat into small pieces as it cooks. Drain the excess fat. Set aside. Cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and no longer pink.
Cut the slider rolls lengthwise. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with the bottom of the slider buns. Top with slices of cheese. Place the cooked ground meat mixture on top of the slices of cheese. Add sliced onions on top. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place the top of buns over the sliders. Bake the cheeseburger sliders in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Once the cheese is melted, remove the dish from the oven and add your desired toppings like ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
Serve the cheeseburger sliders hot and enjoy!
