Put the chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large zip lock bag. Dredge the chicken pieces in the bag, so they are evenly coated on all sides
When you remove the chicken from the flour mixture, make sure to shake off any excess flour.
Place the chicken in the air fryer for 25mins on 400 F.
