Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

Instructions

  • Put the chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large zip lock bag. Dredge the chicken pieces in the bag, so they are evenly coated on all sides
  • When you remove the chicken from the flour mixture, make sure to shake off any excess flour.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer for 25mins on 400 F.
