A perfect meal
- Ranch chicken thighs are a great way to use up leftover buttermilk. If you are not sure what to do with the last bit of buttermilk in your carton, this is the perfect recipe to use it up.
- Ranch chicken thighs are healthier than breast meat. Chicken thighs have more fat and fewer calories than chicken breasts, so if you love the flavor of dark meat but want something lighter on your waistline (and wallet), this is the way to go!
- They are also cheaper than chicken breasts and more flavorful too! On average, they cost less per pound than their white counterparts while providing extra moisture that makes them tender when cooked properly. This means you can get two meals out of one package without breaking the bank—win-win
