Ingredients
- 2 medium flour tortillas
- Philadelphia cheesecake no-bake filling
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions: Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadilla
- Mix the Philadelphia cheesecake no-bake filling before using.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over half of the flour tortillas.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries over the Philadelphia cream cheese mixture, making sure they are distributed evenly.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add one quesadilla to the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook until the other side is golden brown and the filling is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and set aside.
Brush the top of each quesadilla with melted butter.
Add the cinnamon sugar on top of the quesadilla.
Slice each strawberry cheesecake quesadilla into half a piece.
